Another Detailed Set Of Results From WWE's Live Event In Lisbon, Portugal

Thanks to WrestlingINC.com reader David Francisco for sending in these detailed results from last night's SmackDown live event in Lisbon, Portugal:

The SmackDown World Tour made it's last stop in Lisbon, Portugal, Saturday at 6:00 pm. Around 5500 people attended, which is good. They haven't been here in 4 years, and the last time they did, when Triple H and Undertaker were part of the main event, only around 4000 people attended.

The show started with a 10 minute delay due to, I guess, some technical difficulties with the video system. There was no video entrances in the first half of the show, and the videos on the second half were having a little trouble. Weird, WWE shows always start on time.

Rey Mysterio & Sin Cara vs. Prime Time Players

Rey Mysterio was out first, to the roar of the crowd. Sin Cara didn't had nearly the reaction Rey did. The Prime Time Players got out to massive heat, and really connected with the crowd. They are getting better and better at what they do. The match was fun: the high-flyers got their routine in, and the Prime Time Players did their dance and goofy stuff to the delight and hatred of the crowd. After a Rey's 619 and a Senton Bomb by Sin Cara, the masked team got the victory and they celebrated doing the Million Dollar Dance. Really fun. Oh, and about what you're thinking: Sin Cara didn't botch at all! Actually, the only botch was a missed low dropkick by Mysterio.

R-Truth vs. El Local

I know that here in the website it was said he was announced as the El Botchera, but I'm pretty sure he announced as El Local. R-Truth came out first doing his rap. Here comes El Local to no reaction, which was expected due to the crowd not knowing who he was. R-Truth got the win with a Little Jimmy in a match that did not quite get the crowd into it. It was "What's Up?" sometimes, and some "Ricardo" chants.

When R-Truth was celebrating in the ramp, The Miz attacked him. He did a promo in English in which he said he was leaving the awful place as the Intercontinental Champion and then said, in portuguese, "Shut up! I'll will beat Kofi! I'll be the new Intercontinental Champion! Because I'm the Miz and I'm Awesome!". Not just some words, entire sentences. Sweet.

Justin Gabriel vs. Wade Barrett

Justin Gabriel comes out, the kids pop, but it was not compared to the reaction his opponent got. Wade Barrett was cheer by most of the crowd in Portugal. And he was enjoying it. There were Barrett chants throughout the match, and it ended with the Souvenir Elbow (that now has another name, it looks like). I liked Gabriel, though: he doesn't abuse his high-flying arsenal, which is great, and tries to connect with the crowd in other ways.

Kaitlyn vs. Natalya

It's divas match time. Kaytin and Natalya came out both to cheers, although Natalya clearly had a snob, heel attitude. The crowd was not loud during this matvh, but they were into in. It was a really good, 10 minute match. Really. It's a shame the girls don't get the time to do this kind of work in television. In the end, Natalya rolled Kaytin out with the Bret Hart Roll, but Kaitlyn reversed it for the win. Kaytin is getting better in the ring, and Natalya was the ring general that she can be. Damn, Kaitlyn is so much hotter live.

Alberto Del Rio vs. Randy Orton

Ricardo interrups Kaitlyn celebration and some cheers come out. Ricardo takes the microphone out of Chimel's hands and we all now what's coming. Here comes Alberto Del Rio! Everyone boos him, and the crowd was into it, which setted up the biggest pop of the night: out comes Randy Orton. It was a 20 minutes match, and not a boring match what-so-ever. Randy Orton is so much fun on house shows, and celebrates a lot more with the crowd. Maybe because he does not have to be intense in television. Ricardo got involved a lot in the match, and the crowd hated him and Alberto for that. In the end, while the referee was not looking, Ricardo was holding Orton in the corner for the Enziguri. Alberto runs for the kick but Orton steps aside and Alberto hits Ricardo. Alberto turns and receives the RKO. The crowd roared. My favorite detail of the match? Alberto Del Rio, while on the corner in his entrance, pointed to the people in the cheaper seats and said and gestured that they are poor be cause they don't have the money to be at the ringside seats. Loved it.
