Update On Ryder's Show, Celebrity - Wrestler Clashes, Former WWE Executive's New Gig

- As noted earlier, Zack Ryder said that this week's episode of Z! True Long Island Story would "suck" after WWE rejected the show that he submitted. The entire episode for this week has since been cancelled.

- Glory Sports International, the parent company of the GLORY World Series kickboxing organization, announced today that they have appointed former WWE executive Andrew Whitaker as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Directors. Whitaker served as the Executive Vice President of International for WWE, where he was responsible for establishing and growing the WWE international business across television, digital, live events, licensing, PPV/VOD, marketing, promotion and public and government relations. Whitaker will be working with the GLORY Sports board to set and develop the overall strategic direction of GLORY's business and analyze key international issues.

"GLORY is an incredible product with tremendous growth potential in an emerging sport," said Whitaker. "The IP has all the elements necessary to achieve very real and significant global development. I am both delighted and excited to be a part of the team and to play a part in that expansion."
