WWE's Current Feelings On Signing "Smaller Guys" And Indy Stars, Recent Attendance Figures

Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

- All three nights WWE was in Abu Dhabi last week, they drew packed houses of 5,000 fans. The WWE live event on October 12th in Providence drew 4,500 fans while the October 13th show in Philadelphia drew 6,000 fans for $300,000.

- Regarding signing new talents, there is no hard and fast rule but there's a belief within WWE that they have enough "small guys" and the problem with business is there are already too many and not enough "big guys." Unless someone is really good, WWE is not looking to sign small guys right now. They also don't want to sign ROH guys right now but that doesn't mean Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards won't get picked up.

There's a feeling that guys who work independents and travel and have somewhat of a name already have bad habits, and if they are at the higher level, if WWE signs them and even if they agree to take the pay cut to WWE entry level, that the talent won't be happy over the long haul. It was also said WWE doesn't want talents who know they can get fired, go back to the indies and be successful without WWE. They want guys with the impression that their careers in wrestling depend on making it in WWE.

UFC Superstar Believed To Be Close To Retirement Signs New Deal, Set To Complete Trilogy

Though it looked like B.J. Penn's fighting days were over, UFC president Dana White announced on Wednesday evening's edition of UFC Tonight that the former lightweight and welterweight champion has signed a new deal with the fight promotion and will be facing Frankie Edgar in a rubber match after the two serve as coaches on the nineteenth season of The Ultimate Fighter.

White revealed that original plans had Edgar, a former lightweight champion, slated to fight Urijah Faber, but that those plans fell through when neither man agreed to change weight classes.

Penn was selected for the position after he texted Dana White asking for a fight with Edgar. The two originally met to dispute the lightweight title on two separate occasions. Edgar controversially defeated Penn to claim the 155lbs. title in their first clash and then defended the title against "The Prodigy" in a rematch. Penn has apparently stayed in training during his long layoff and "wants this fight more than anything."

Penn and Edgar will face off at 145lbs., where Edgar has been competing lately. It will be Penn's first bout at featherweight, having spent his last several fights competing at welterweight. The 34-year-old Penn indicated to White that he's hunting for a title and the UFC president said that he'll be on his way with a win over Edgar.

The Ultimate Fighter 19 is expected to air in January, with the two coaches to do battle at a currently unscheduled event in April.

UFC 166 Sanchez - Melendez Fight Of The Year Highlights, Cormier Calls Out Jones, JDS Update

- Last weekend at UFC 166, lightweights Gilbert Melendez and Diego Sanchez engaged in a three-round war that many described as one of the best fights of all time. Check out highlights from the bout above.

- Despite absorbing an inhuman amount of damage at the hands of Cain Velasquez during their UFC 166 heavyweight title fight, Junior dos Santos' manager Ana Claudia Guedes revealed via Twitter that the former champion is recovering well.

"Just letting everybody know Junior is doing fine," she posted. "Precautionary hospital check and some stitches."

Guedes added that dos Santos is feeling "physically good, definitely a little heartbroken."

Dos Santos lasted until the fifth round, when he succumbed to strikes from the champion.

- Daniel Cormier remains undefeated after picking up a unanimous decision win over Roy Nelson. With his teammate Cain Velasquez holding the top spot at heavyweight, Cormier intends to drop to light heavyweight to challenge champion Jon Jones. Cormier spoke about going after Jones' spot during the UFC 166 post-fight show.

"I'm always shooting for the top," he said. "I want to fight Jon Jones and I want to fight for the championship. But if it's not him, then I want to fight someone who will get me there. But Jon Jones is fighting Glover [Teixeira] next, and I didn't want to disrespect him."

Whether or not Cormier has a bout at 205lbs before facing Jones, it's hard to think he won't be "in the mix" with Teixeira and Alexander Gustafsson.

Former WCW Wrestler Reveals Major Problems With His Neck, Back And Elbow

- Former WCW star Scotty Riggs has posted a new blog on Facebook with results from recent MRI and CT scans. Riggs, age 46, says his doctors told him he has the neck of a 75 year old. Here's what he wrote:

"***Finally got my MRI/CT test results... in other words finally took my ass to the docs to get the results...... 1) CT on elbow (already had 3 surgeries on it) tests showed continued degeneration of the joint with multiple bone spurring and a new subchondral cyst that is putting pressure on nerve... which is why the forearm and last 2 fingers are progressively atrophying ...with small bony ossicle adjacent to radial head and no remaining cartilage in elbow joint...... 2) MRI on neck --degenerative spondylotic changes from C3-C7, straightening/loss of lordosis where there should be a curve in neck... C4-5, C5-6 and C6-T1 herniated discs with desiccation through out the C3-C7 (drying up of discs and fluid in cervical spine) and bone spurs at C4-5, C5-6... with mild narrowing of neural foramina bilaterally --- to sum this up, my doc said I have the neck of a 75 yr old, not bad for a 46 yr old (LOL)...... 3)MRI on lower back --herniated discs at the T11-12, L1-2, L4-5, L5-S1 with continued desiccation and spondylosis in spine and mild stenosis L3-4, L4-5 with bone spurring at L2-3, L3-4 L5-S1 ***

This is basically summed up by my doc telling me that he's surprised I'm not a grumpy, pissed off grouch all the time from the pain/discomfort and that it is physically relevant to my depression upon how my body is telling my brain how much crap it's going through.... The cool thing about all this is it allows me to just be the "middle-aged and CRAZY" jackass that I love being.... it keeps me in the proper mood to rep the Kult of Kayfabe, ya gotta be a crazy sum b---h to keep up with those MF'ers.... And I'm thankful that DDPYOGA has become a lifestyle training routine and diet that are keeping me as healthy as I want to be.... that's all for now, thanks for reading reading my medical progress report that I know no one really gives a rats ass about......... so, have a good night and Godspeed."

John Cena Talks About Returning At Hell In A Cell, Nikki Bella & Total Divas, ADR, Doing Movies

The Miami Herald recently spoke with John Cena to promote Sunday's WWE Hell In a Cell pay-per-view. Here are some highlights from the interview:

Returning from an injury:
"This one has just been about me getting back healthy, because I haven't had a match in eight weeks, I really just want to be as strong and as ready to go as possible. When you're in the element everyday and you can really be around your competition, that's when you can come up with breaking it down a little more with your opponent. This will essentially be like the first game of the season for me. It just so happens to be with all the importance of the last game of a season. I'm really excited to be back, and I really think this Sunday is going to be special, and hopefully, I can shake that Miami jinx."

His opponent Alberto Del Rio:
"Anyone who can be a champion at our level deserves respect. I tend not to be the guy who runs everybody down because I've had my share of wins and my share of loses...You can't ignore the fact he's the World heavyweight champion."

Putting his personal relationship on TV with Total Divas:
"That was difficult, but I'm glad I made the decision to do that, and a lot of that had to do with Nicole's influence, obviously. I really wanted the show to be a success. I truly love Nicole, and I believe in her. It was a conscience decision for me to do it. I think our viewers will enjoy the second half of the first season that's coming back in mid-November on the E! network. As the show grows, it gets better and more interesting to watch, and I think fans will enjoy it this time around."

Doing movies:
"Movies are a different animal. I love the live entertainment business. I love the live sports entertainment television business. I love live television period, just because it's so honest, especially live television with an audience, because if that audience wants to say or do something, you can't hide it from the viewers. Movies are a little bit different. It takes a lot more patience to be in a movie, to make a movie, to be active in a movie scene. I have patience, but I don't know if I have enough."

WWE Smackdown Recap With Video: Rhodes, Goldust, Bryan And Big E. Langston Vs. The Shield

The show opens with Michael Cole standing in the ring. He calls Triple H down for an interview. Triple H comes down and welcomes everyone to Smackdown. Cole thanks him and says he knows it's a busy week. He asks Hunter's thoughts on Big Show and what happened on RAW. Hunter says he hopes Show is happy because six backstage people got fired. He says Show has filed a lawsuit against them and because of that, Hunter can't comment on him, as advised by his lawyers. He says he is focused on Hell in a Cell.

Cole asks if he is worried about Show showing up at the PPV. Hunter says what part of he can't comment on Show does Cole not understand. Cole asks if he can talk about the returning John Cena. Hunter says he cannot wait. He says he knows what it's like to come back from a career threatening injury and can't wait to see the match.

Cole then brings up the WWE Championship match and how HBK guarantees a champion will be crowned. Hunter says he's thrilled about that and how the WWE Universe chose him as the ref. Hunter says HBK is the right man for the job because he knows more than anybody about the Hell in a Cell match and what it can do.

Cole says they agree about that, but don't agree about the man Shawn trained, Daniel Bryan. Hunter says that one thing he and Shawn can agree on is how to run the WWE and that when it's all said and done, he knows that Shawn will do the right thing. Cole asks him what the right thing is and Daniel Bryan's music hits. Bryan comes down to the ring.

Cole leaves. Bryan says the right thing is to let he and Orton settle things once and for all, regardless of what anyone else does. Bryan says inside the Cell, no one gets in and no one gets out until there is a definitive winner. Bryan says he knows HBK is Hunter's best friend, but he knows that he won't favor anyone. Bryan says that when Shawn does, Bryan is going to prove Hunter wrong and become the new WWE Champ and new face of the WWE. He and Hunter stare each other down.

The Usos vs. The Wyatt Family

Rowan and Jimmy start off. Rowan plows Jimmy over and strikes him in the corner. Harper comes in and lands a big boot. Harper keeps the attack up. He hits Jimmy with a body slam. Jimmy runs and tag in Jay. Jay gets a super kick and a Samoan drop. Jay stays in control and both Usos end up hitting dives to the outside. Harper gets a big boot on one of the Usos. Bray looks like he is going to get involved. Miz gets up from commentary and attacks him. Rowan chases Miz up the ramp. Back in the ring, the Usos double team Harper for the quick win.

Winners: The Usos

AJ Lee (with Tamina Snuka) vs. Nikki Bella (with Brie Bella)

They lock up and AJ shoves Nikki. Nikki drop toe holds AJ. AJ bails to the outside. AJ snaps Nikki's neck on the top rope. She gets back inside and chokes Nikki on the center rope. AJ slams Nikki to the mat for a one count. She locks in Nikki's head. Nikki fights out and lands several clotheslines. She tosses AJ into the corner. Nikki charges, but AJ moves. On the outside, Tamina and Brie fight. Tamina tosses her into the steel steps. Back in the ring, AJ locks in the Black Widow. Nikki taps.

Mick Foley Talks About Missing Kurt Angle In WWE, WWE 2K14 Fantasy Matches, Sgt. Slaughter

- Promoting WWE 2K14, the official YouTube account of WWE has released fantasy match simulations featuring Andre the Giant vs. The Undertaker, "Macho Man" Randy Savage vs. CM Punk, Bret Hart vs. Daniel Bryan, and AJ Lee vs. Stephanie McMahon.

- While watching this week's episode of Raw, WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley stated on Twitter that he missed seeing Kurt Angle inside the WWE ringâ€"Angle appeared in a John Cena retrospective. Today, Foley published a blog on his Facebook page clamoring for the return of the Olympic Gold medalist to WWE.

"[Angle] was on the video for less than 20 seconds, but that was all it took to remind every long-time fan of what a huge part of WWE Kurt was," wrote Foley. "I know he's had an amazing career since leaving WWE, but if my own departure from WWE proved one thing, it's that a good percentage of the WWE Universe only wants to see their WWE Superstars inside WWE. That's not a knock on TNA. But while many enjoy Kurt on a regular basis on Thursdays, I just know a Kurt Angle return to WWE - whether it's a one-time match, an extended run, or a very worthy induction into the WWE Hall of Fame - will be huge! I miss Kurt Angle in WWE...and, based and so do you."

Chris Jericho Finds Christian (Photo), CM Punk Note, WWE Payback Correspondents Wanted, More

- The Chicago Tribune has an article about CM Punk returning to Chicago to face Chris Jericho at Payback tomorrow night. The article contains comments by local promoter Larry Statkus, who discussed CM Punk wrestling at one of his shows in 1998. The article also noted that Punk "could not be reached for comment" for the story. CM Punk has done a great job in building intrigue around the match by not discussing it at all. Punk has seemingly sent out a million tweets since the match was first announced weeks ago, and not one of them has mentioned his bout with Jericho.

- We are looking for correspondents for tomorrow's Payback pay-per-view, so if you are attending it, please contact us by clicking here.

- WWE currently has a WrestleMania Blowout Sale that ends tomorrow. You can get up to 80% off WrestleMania merchandise at WWEShop.com by clicking here.

- WWE will present a live event at the Rose Garden in Portland, OR on Friday, August 16th at 7:30 pm. Tickets go on sale next Saturday, June 22nd, at 10am PT.

- Chris Jericho posted this Tweet earlier today with Christian, who is still waiting for WWE to bring him back to television after recovering from an injury. As noted earlier, the most recent issue of The Wrestling Observer stated that his return is now somewhat of a priority, and he is expected to be back soon.

Ray keeps control on the floor at ringside until AJ nails a Pele kick. AJ grabs the hammer but drops it and slams Bully's head into the production table at ringside. AJ springboards up and out of the ring but Bully moves and AJ goes crashing through the table. A big "holy s--t" chant breaks out as Hebner checks on AJ and we see replays.

Taz hands Bully a cutter and Ray cuts the ring covering off the ring. Ray pulls back the ring covering and the padding to expose the boards underneath. Fans chant "ECW" as AJ is still recovering out on the floor. Ray stomps on AJ's head. Ray calls for his Aces & 8s partners to come out but nobody is coming. Dixie Carter comes down and the crowd boos. Dixie has security hand her a steel chair. She hands it to Bully. Ray turns around to a springboard forearm from AJ. AJ nails a springboard 450 and goes for the pin but Dixie stops the referee. Hebner goes to count anyway but hesitates. Ray kicks out and breaks the pin.

AJ goes for the Styles Clash but Ray backdrops him onto the exposed boards. Ray goes back to pounding on AJ. Ray goes to the ropes for a Bully Bomb and nails it. 2 count for Ray. Ray with a big chair shot to the back now. Ray with another chair shot before tossing it to the side. Ray goes for the big powerbomb on the exposed boards but AJ counters and slides out. AJ with another Pele kick as Dixie looks on from the ramp. AJ connects with a chair shot to the head. AJ goes to the top and points at Dixie. AJ nails Spiral Tap for the win and the title.

Rob Van Dam Talks His New Deal With WWE, How Long He'll Be Around, Why He Left WWE

As noted earlier, Rob Van Dam was interviewed by VOC Nation Radio and discussed his new WWE deal. Here are some more highlights from the interview:

The nature of his current deal with WWE: "It's definitely not a couple of appearances and I'm gone."

His schedule: "I'm definitely not interested in a full time schedule. I asked WWE before I left if there was anything for me part time (like TNA had offered), and they wanted me back but they wanted me full time."

WWE changing their thoughts on wrestlers working mandatory full time schedules: "Now things have changed; there's different people in the office there that are more sympathetic and understanding to the road life combined with the wrestling career. They came around; this is going to be awesome. There is a lot of excitement."

The way that his signing impacted the industry: "There are a lot of moves that can be done in the ring to pop the crowd; there's not a lot of things that can be done to pop the industry - - guess what I did? BOOM!"

The power of the WWE brand: "A lot of people didn't notice a lot of what I did over the last 3 years. With one 48 second video, WWE made RVD more relevant than he had been in the past several years. A lot of fans don't watch (TNA). People were asking me if I retired, and I felt like a constant ambassador telling people to watch TNA to see me."

Scott Hall Talks About Athletes Using Steroids, Wanting To Work For WWE In The Future, More

Source: SLAM! Wrestling

- Scott Hall recently spoke with Slam Wrestling to promote Border City Wrestling's 20th anniversary show in Windsor, Ontario this weekend. Here are some highlights from the lengthy interview:

Upcoming Wolfpac plans and his son Cody: "I've got some dates coming up in Europe in November with Kevin Nash and Sean Waltman -- doing a WolfPac signing and a question and answer (session). I think we're doing Glasgow, Manchester, and London. Then we're looking at some things in Japan. Now that Cody's breaking into the wrestling business -- he's had 20 or so matches so far -- we're looking at some international bookings to get him seasoned and ready for anything that may happen for him in the U.S."

His thoughts on steroids: "If you're going to try to be a pro athlete, why not use everything available to you? I'm not trying to get too involved in (the discussion), but I don't have a problem with pro athletes being on steroids. You read about all of these baseball players getting in trouble, but I think there are a lot more important things going on in the world today than whether pro athletes use steroids to perform good. I'm not a big baseball fan, but I remember back when all those guys were hitting home runs all the time, and it was just more fun to watch. I don't think people are getting hurt, I don't think these guys were breaking into peoples' houses or robbing old ladies' purses to get the money to run out and buy steroids. When I went to WWF -- it was still WWF at the time -- when I was there as Razor Ramon, it was when the steroids scandal was in full swing. They were testing, and I was fully compliant with the drug policy. I went off steroids like everybody else did. And we all got smaller, but the playing field remained level. Big guys were still big, and the little guys were still little. But the reality is, when you're on the road so many days, I don't see how a little bit of steroids can really hurt anything. There are a lot of things that people could do that are a lot worse. That was just the time. That was then, and now is now. I'm living my life a lot differently now. And I'm happy to hear that the young cats now are not making bad choices -- that's encouraging."

Working for WWE again: "It would be a dream come true for me but I want to clarify, it's not up to me. If it were up to me, then I would love to have the Bobby Heenan job. I was always a big fan of Bobby Heenan. I would love to wear the headphones and a tacky sports coat, and be the heel commentator who just managed a select couple of guys. Bobby used to put down the headphones and head to the ring to manage Mr. Perfect and then Ric Flair. In my own fantasy world, created solely by me, I would love to be the Bobby Heenan broadcaster and then walk to the ring with Cody and maybe manage a sweet tag team and maybe one Diva. That would be my stable, and I'd be fine with that."

TNA Impact Results: Bully Vs Magnus, Contract Singing And More, Sound Off With Your Thoughts

Welcome to our WrestlingINC.com Live TNA Impact Viewing Party. We will be providing live ongoing coverage of tonight's Impact, while you all can chime in with your thoughts throughout the show.

Please help spread word of tonight's coverage. Twitter users, please share this page by clicking the 'Share' button below:

Keep hitting REFRESH on your browser to get the most up-to-date results.

Impact opens with a recap of last weeks show. They show Angle showing up and crashing EGO's Hall of Fame induction. They show Dixie challenging Sting and Magnus and Bully Ray getting the upper hand on AJ Styles.

We go to the show and Dixie Carter is coming down the ramp. Dixie is flanked by two men in suits with a briefcase. Dixie grabs a mic and says that she says that great pieces of art take time, and Sunday, her masterpiece will take place. She says Michelangelo never had to deal with a hick like AJ Styles. She says it is her job to motivate and elevate and tonight, she is going to do both. She says she has a contract signing for AJ and Bully tonight.

She asks what if AJ Styles never made it to the contract signing. What if another talent stepped up and took his place. She indicates that if someone takes AJ out, she will give them $50,000. She says that AJ might have been dumb enough to walk away from her money, but someone else isn't. She says that creating opportunities and and making people rich is what she does best. The suit takes out the briefcase and flashes the cash.

Bully's music hits and him and Brooke head down to the ring. Bully says that Dixie and him do not usually see eye to eye, but for 50 grand, he will do whatever it takes to do what she wants.

Magnus's music hits and he comes down and grabs the mic. He says that twelve men over three months competed in the BFG series for a title shot at BFG, and now because Dixie does not like AJ Styles, she would rather give the opportunity to someone who is greedy enough. He calls Dixie boss, and says that no wonder people are saying that Dixie sucks. He says that 50 grand may be chump change to her, but it isn't to him and all these people, and that he is sick of Dixie talking every week.

Bully grabs the mic and puts over Magnus's attributes, he says the people believe in him, and that Sting believes in him. Bully says that he is now going to tell them the truth. He calls Magnus the truth and calls him a pretty boy without a tough bone in his body. Bully calls him a loser and a fraud and the biggest disappointment he has ever seen. He such a big disappointment, he is like the people of Oklahoma. Magnus punches Bully, who tumbles out of the ring and says that if Magnus wants a match against Bully, that he has got a match against him.

They show Angle in the back in a dress coat entering the arena as we go to commercial.

We are back and Bully has a hammer. He tells Knux and Garrett that they came together last week and how proud he is of the guys. He tells Knux that he will get the chance to get the $50,000, and that he will take out one half of the tag champs. He says if they get in trouble, flash the sign and Bully will be there in a second.

Daniels is coming out for a four corners match. He comes down solo without Roode or Kaz.Robbie E and Hernandez are already in the ring, as EY comes down the ramp.

Four Corners Match: Eric Young vs Robbie E vs Hernandez vs Daniels

Robbie E and EY start it off. EY works the arm and tags in Hernandez. Hernandez whips Robbie into the corner and he tags in Daniels. Hernandez boots Daniels in the chest and hits a clothesline and follows it up with a belly-to-belly suplex. He stomps and Hernandez but gets hit by Robbie E. Daniels comes over and dumps Hernandez out of the ring and Robbie E beats him down and tosses Hernandez back into the ring.

Bob Holly Talks Brock Lesnar Controversy, Attitude Era, WCW, Not Being Ready For World Title Picture

I recently spoke with former WWE star Bob Holly. In the second part of the interview below, Holly discussed the Attitude Era, if he ever considered jumping to WCW, being injured during a match with Brock Lesnar and if he tried to sandbag him, not being ready for the World title picture and more.

You can check out the first part of the interview here, where Holly discussed his early career, working as a job guy with Ricky Steamboat in WWF, working with Ric Flair in WCW, signing with WWF, being given the "Sparky Plugg" gimmick and much more. Make sure to check back tomorrow for the rest of our interview, where Holly discussed ending CM Punk's streak, working with Punk, hypocrisy with the WWE Wellness Policy, Ted Dibiase's release and much more. You can also follow him on Twitter @TheBobHolly.

You can also purchase his book, The Hardcore Truth: The Bob Holly Story, at Amazon.com by clicking here.

Wrestling INC: Business started to change again and you had the Attitude Era being pushed in. Was that kind of a slow change, or was that something that they told the talent, that they were going to be changing direction and there were going to be changes on the creative front?

Holly: It just evolved. It wasn't a matter of hey, we're going to change and go this direction. It just happened to evolve that way when the whole Steve Austin and Rock thing took off. It just happened. It wasn't something that was planned. It was just one of those things where these guys just became mega stars and people were paying good money to see these guys and it just happened. Plus, the economy was good back then too and that helped a lot. It was just one of those things that evolved, it just happened. I don't think you could force something like that.

Wrestling INC: WCW started to catch fire. A lot of guys were jumping during that time. What was the locker room atmosphere like when all these guys started jumping and did you ever think about leaving?

Holly: I was approached and my loyalty was with Vince [McMahon]. That's another thing I talk about in my book. I had a lot of time invested in my company and they had a lot of money invested in me. To me, money's not everything. My happiness is what's important. Me being comfortable with my work environment, I know everybody where I was at, yeah, they offered me more money, they offered me like twice the amount of money that I was going to make, but that's not what drives me. Happiness is what drives me and I was very happy where I was at. So that's why I stayed. I think the people that jumped ship, it's more about money to them then anything else. To me, it was my happiness what kept me where I was at.

Wrestling INC: The locker room atmosphere when WWF did start winning the Monday night wars and the tide shifted, did that change how things were in the locker room

Holly: The thing is, the whole thing with the Monday night wars was, here you had two companies that were rivaling each other, competing for ratings on a weekly basis. That is what is great for business. That is what's best for the boys. The atmosphere in the locker room, everybody was… It was fun to be around. Everybody was happy. Everybody was making good money. It was fun because we were wanting to beat the other guy. You're doing everything you can do [so] we can get the ratings to beat those guys. But, I think what hurt us is because we were doing one live show and then taping a show for the following week and they were doing the live every week. I think that's what hurt us and that's why they ended up beating us, but we ended up beating them in the long run. But I just think, everybody in the locker room, it was just a whole different atmosphere. It was a good time for everybody. It was fun. Everybody was in story lines too. That was the main thing. You didn't have guys sitting around that weren't in a story line. It makes a big difference too, when you're in a story line. That's the thing to, it's like even though guys were jumping ship and stuff like that, you never knew they were going to leave. It was just like oh, all of a sudden they're gone. Which was fine, because then it just opened the door for somebody else to step up and take their spot. I thought the Monday night wars were great for everybody, despite us losing in the rating for a little while. It's just good for everybody because the whole thing is, it's like TNA now. I would like to see TNA succeed, but they're going to have a hard time doing it because it's just good for the industry. Competition is good. Back then, it was just unbelievable the business we were doing.

Bob Holly Talks Working With Ric Flair & Steamboat As A Job Guy, Signing With WWE, If He Was A Bully

I recently spoke with former WWE star Bob Holly. In the first part of the interview below, Holly discussed his early career, working as a job guy with Ricky Steamboat in WWF, working with Ric Flair in WCW, signing with WWF, being given the "Sparky Plugg" gimmick and more.

Make sure to check back later this week for the rest of our interview, where Holly discussed the Attitude Era, if he ever thought about jumping to WCW during the Monday night wars, getting injured in a match with Brock Lesnar, not being ready to be in the title picture, ending CM Punk's streak, working with Punk, hypocrisy with the WWE Wellness Policy and much more. You can also follow him on Twitter @TheBobHolly.

You can also purchase his book, The Hardcore Truth: The Bob Holly Story, at Amazon.com by clicking here.

Wrestling INC: You entered the business with wrestling school in 1987, is that right?

Holly: It was actually before that. It was near the end of '86 down in Pensacola, Florida. It actually wasn't a wrestling group or anything. It just happened to be somewhere where they opened a school to train people and a way to make money, of course. And it ended up becoming a wrestling organization after that, but I don't think there was any intention of it becoming a wrestling organization other than it being a wrestling school.

Wrestling INC: What attracted you to the business? Were you a fan growing up?

Holly: Oh my God, yeah. It's funny you talk about that because I have a book out, The Hardcore Truth: The Bob Holly Story, and I talk about that in my book, how everything evolved as far as how I got into the business and stuff, but I fell in love with wrestling the very first time I laid eyes on it. That was when, I think I was in the fourth grade, I believe. We had just moved from Glendale, California to Oregon. When I was a kid in Glendale, California I was a huge roller derby fan. And go figure, because roller derby I come to find out's a work also.

I just had this huge passion for the way the whole fight game and everything, how angles worked and how fights all came about and how storylines were, were people mad at each other and all this stuff? I thought roller derby was the greatest thing in the world and that's what I wanted to be, I wanted to be a roller derby guy. And actually the women were more exciting. Watching the women fight were more exciting than the men. But anyways, so when we did move to Grants Pass, Oregon the very first wrestling program I ever saw was Big Time Wrestling out of Sacramento, California. Pat Patterson, Pepper Gomez, Bob Roop, Jimmy Snuka was in there here and there, gosh, Masa Saito. Guys that go way back and stuff were the main names and it's funny because I never thought, back when I was watching Big Time Wrestling out of Sacramento, California, would I ever work side by side with Pat Patterson. It just blew me away when I first met Pat.

Of course, later on that night there was another wrestling program that came on. It was called Portland Wrestling. I fell in love with [it]. You had all the top guys come through there. A lot of guys started there like Roddy Piper. He was the big time heel, and then turned baby face in Portland. Tom Prichard was there. Dutch Savage, you had Bull Ramos, Jimmy Snuka was there, Jesse Ventura, Buddy Rose, gosh, everybody who became somebody wrestled in Portland, Oregon. I thought that was the absolute greatest, it was an hour program. Saturday night came along, 8:30, I didn't go out with my friends or nothing. I stayed home and watched wrestling. In order to answer your question, yes. I was a big time wrestling fan.

Is Maxine Interested In Returning To WWE?, Tito Santana Speaks Out, WWE In Australia

- In the above video interview, Tito Santana speaks to Brandon Lewis of 1495 Sports at an Impact Championship Wrestling (ICW) 'The Future is Now' show where the WWE Hall of Famer reacts to competing at the event, seeing Lanny Poffo and meeting fans. He concludes the interview with his trademark catchphrase, "Arriba!"

- The official WWE website has posted photos from yesterday's Raw live event in Adelaide, Australia.

- In a landslide, Maxine won WWE.com's poll asking fans which former Diva they would most like to see return to the sports-entertainment organization. She tabulated 68% of the over 282,000 votes cast, beating such starlets as Stacy Keibler, Trish Stratus and Kelly Kelly. The former WWE Diva, who is now representing herself under her real name, Karlee Leilani Perez, was informed of the poll on Twitter this week and subsequently re-tweeted a number of fan messages complementing her performances for the company as well as messages calling for her return. One such message vouching for her return reads, "the #wweuniverse had spoken they want u back over other #wwedivas u got 68% in the poll. Hope see #wweMaxine 's return soon!"

In response to a message insisting that she return, Perez wrote, "I would love to show people what I can really do!"

Perez parted ways with WWE in June 2012 due to her belief that she was not progressing in the company, she subsequently stated in a media interview. Since that time, the 27-year-old has been appearing as a promotional model and actress. She has not appeared for any independent wrestling organizations.

Magnus Talks About Being In The Main Event Mafia And What He Thinks His Best Match Was

Magnus recently spoke with Challenge TV about how it feels to be a part of The Main Event Mafia:

"It's a huge honor. I loved the Mafia the first time around. I always felt like I would be a good fit one day, but honestly I was surprised when it was first put to me that I would be a member. That is, until I thought about it and realized it was art imitating life; out of all the really iconic names, Sting and Kurt Angle have been the two guys that have gone out of their way to help me and endorse me in interviews, you can go back over their last two or three years of interviews and see that. And there's no doubt that I wouldn't be where I'm at now especially in-ring without Samoa Joe. Getting to team with him and then wrestle against him, I soaked up so much technical knowledge and my confidence increased ten-fold. I was apprehensive about how I would be received as a MEM member, but those concerns were alleviated in about 30 seconds in Las Vegas, the people bought it, that's the most important thing."

Magnus also revealed what he thinks was his best match so far:

"I'm sure it's debatable, but I think my best match was with AJ Styles in the BFG series Final. I thought we told a great story, and the St Louis crowd were there for every move. It's the match that I'm most proud of, especially considering we had both wrestled one match already earlier that same night. I also loved the No-DQ match I had with Samoa Joe at No Surrender 2012."

- This Sunday, Daniel Bryan will face Randy Orton for the vacant WWE Championship at the inaugural WWE Battleground pay-per-view event. It appears likely that at least one more match between both wrestlers will take place as some people in WWE believe the Battleground finish will lead to a bout at Hell in the Cell on Oct. 27.

Regardless of the final outcome, current creative plans call for Big Show to return to the main event scene in a feud with "The Viper" in November and December.

- Mattel has revealed that a WWE Elite Flashback Lex Luger figure is in the works and they have a poll on WrestlingFigs.com asking fans which Luger era they would like to see created. The options are NWA Era Four Horseman Lex Luger, WWE Narcissist Lex Luger, WWE Allied Powers Lex Luger, and WCW NWO Wolfpack Lex Luger. The Allied Powers era is currently leading the poll.

- WWE.com has released a video playlist highlighting the most awkward moments in the company history. Some of the footage posted includes Theodore Long being ordered to rub oil on Antonio Cesaro during a photo shoot, D-X interrupting a yoga session between Trish Stratus and Triple H, Kurt Angle giving "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and Vince McMahon a present, the debut of Mr. Socko, William Regal dancing with Cryme Tyme, and the ratings bonanza "The Rock, This Is Your Life" segment from 1999.

- Tonight's WWE RAW opens with Michael Cole welcoming us to the Scottrade Center in St. Louis. Out comes WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels to the ring.

Shawn thanks everyone who voted for him to be the special referee for Hell In a Cell. He knows everyone is concerned about the personal feelings he has towards the people involved in the match. He talks about training Daniel Bryan years ago. Shawn admits he's never liked Randy Orton and his best friend is Triple H. Shawn says this match isn't about him - it's about the two competitors and it's about crowning a new WWE Champion. Shawn talks about his history with the Cell. Out comes Randy Orton.

Orton talks about the people of St. Louis and then says they're not all bright. Orton says HBK resents him because Orton will always be that much better than Shawn. Shawn acts like he wasn't even listening to Orton. Shawn says Orton needs to worry about Daniel Bryan. Orton says he's going to destroy and hurt Bryan at Hell In a Cell while Shawn looks on. Fans start chanting "no!" and Orton tells them to shut up. Shawn asks if Orton is trying to intimidate him. HBK warns Orton that he's going to kick his pretty head off his pretty shoulders if he puts his hands on him. HBK does the "two words" and turns his back. Orton goes for a RKO but Shawn dodges it. HBK goes for Sweet Chin Music but Orton slides out of the ring. The Miz runs down and attacks Orton from behind, beating him down at ringside. Referees try to pull The Miz off Orton. Miz gets in the ring as we go to commercial.

The Miz vs. Randy Orton

Back from the break and the match is underway. Orton takes control and nails clotheslines in the corner. Orton runs into a right hand and Miz fights back, sending Orton to the floor. Miz lands on his feet on the floor as Orton side steps and drops Miz with a clothesline. Orton brings it back in the ring for a 2 count.

Orton starts stomping away and covers for another pin attempt. Back and forth now. Orton tosses Miz over the top rope again. Orton puts Miz on top of the barrier for a draping DDT but Miz counters and rams Orton back into the ring post. Orton rolls in the ring and The Miz follows. Miz ducks a clothesline and makes a comeback. Miz unloads and drops Orton with a knee to the head. Miz with the clothesline in the corner. Miz goes to the top and comes crashing down on Orton. Orton counters a Skull Crushing Finale but Miz keeps control. Miz drops Orton and goes for the Figure Four but the lights go out and The Wyatt's quick video flashes on the screen. The lights come on and we see The Wyatt Family sitting on the stage. Orton takes advantage of Miz being distracted and nails a RKO for the win.

Winner: Randy Orton

- After the match, Bray speaks from his rocking chair on the stage. He says Miz is the epitome of everything he hates about this world. Wyatt asks about Miz's obsession with fame. Wyatt wants to see Miz suffer, wants to put him down. Wyatt says to follow the buzzards and laughs as the lights go out and we go to commercial.

Saturday Morning Slam Not Likely To Return, Daniel Bryan & Brie Bella's Relationship, Birthdays

Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

- It would appear that WWE's kid-friendly program, Saturday Morning Slam, is through as it is no longer listed as an active show on the company website and the new television season has begun without it airing.

According to this week's issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there are rumors of creative differences between CW executives and WWE officials as executives at the network apparently wanted WWE to alter the program's format from taped matches to a news magazineâ€"similar to NBA Inside Stuffâ€"negotiations fell apart from there. For the time being, it's a subject that nobody is officially discussing.

The show is rated TV-G (one level lower than WWE's general TV-PG rating), and due to being aimed specifically at children, it does not feature any moves or holds aimed at the head or neck due to what is seen as their violent nature.

- The official WWE website has issued a poll asking fans whether Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella should have kept quiet about their relationship. With over 11,000 votes cast, 66% say "No. They have nothing to hide and being open and honest about their relationship is the best policy." The other option is "Yes. Revealing their engagement and being part of "Total Divas" is just one big distraction to their in-ring careers."

- Celebrating birthdays Thursday are WWE Hall of Famer "Bullet" Bob Armstrong (74), John Morrison (34), Danny Basham (36) and Mikey Batts (30).

Impact Wrestling Review: Angle Returns, Bully Ray One-Ups AJ Styles Heading To BFG

This episode of Impact Wrestling came to us from Tulsa, OK. It was the aftermath of Hulk Hogan quitting TNA and refusing to agree with Dixie Carter's terms, as well as further buildup for TNA's annual Bound for Glory pay per view.

Austin Aries vs. Jeff Hardy was a very good match, and a great way to open up the show. The pace was just right, and the Brainbuster from the ropes was a great spot. A bit surprised to see Aries win clean against Hardy, but it was a good move to put him over. The Destination X match should be very good, but I still am wondering way Kenny King was not included. Samoa Joe's addition is a good spot for him, seeing that is where he became popular. I supposed the weight limit has been lifted since Hogan's departure.

ODB vs. Jessie Godderz was a non-factor. Nothing about this match was worth the time it spent putting it on air, and the feud, while a decent spot to place Godderz, ODB, Robbie E, EY and Park, should not present matches like this. Lei'D Tapa's interference saved us from the match, but it once again fell flat. It also is a bit puzzling that this would be the time that she is attacking ODB, seeing how the BFG match is already booked (unless Tapa is included to make it a four-way).

The E.G.O. Hall of Fame segment was quite funny, and Bad Influence is still one of the most comical tag teams in pro wrestling. Bobby Roode has been over-emphasizing his disapproval of Kurt Angle being in the Hall of Fame, so it appeared as if they were setting something up between the two. Good to see Angle back, and he has obviously been hitting it hard in the gym.
Brooke vs. Velvet Sky was a bit subpar, but Brooke was the correct choice to win over Sky. As a heel, Brooke's career has been refreshed, and is the only part of Aces and Eights whose stock is not declining. I do not know exactly why Gail Kim is included in the title match, but I am sure she is happy about it.
Sting/Magnus vs. Bad Influence was a decent match, but it was pretty much a no-brainer that the MEM members would win this match. This was not a very good way to build the match between the two, and did not add any form of anticipation. Hopefully Magnus does not make a heel turn during this angle, because he was actually gaining some momentum being a babyface.

WWE Live Event Results From Abu Dhabi (10/11): Big Show Spinaroonie, NXT Star Beats Maddox, More

Thanks to WrestlingINC.com reader Omar Ayman for sending in these results from Friday's WWE live event in Abu Dhabi:

* Kofi Kingston defeated Fandango in a good match. The crowd was very much behind Kofi and Fandango played with the crowd in a very fun way. Great way to start.

* Santino Marella defeated Bo Dallas. Bo was playing the heel, and he was pretty good at it.

* The Big Show cut a promo. He gets interrupted by Brad Maddox, who says Show will have to watch the main event at ringside without doing anything. Show was visibly tired, so that's why I think he was out of the main event.

* The Usos defeated The Real Americans. This was arguably the best match of the night. Crowd was also split.

* Sami Zayn defeated Brad Maddox. The match was OK.

* Ryback defeated Justin Gabriel. Ryback was over, with the crowd chanting, "feed me more." Me and a couple of guys chanted CM Punk, but eh, no avail.

* Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler & The Miz defeated The Shield & Randy Orton with Booker T as special guest referee. Very good match, with Big Show sitting ringside being the cheerleader for the babyfaces. After the match, all the superstars did a spinaroonie, even Big Show. They got a little boy from the crowd to do one, hilarious stuff here.

And thats it folks, overall a very good show, it might have lacked star power, but it was good.

Biggest pops:
Big Show, Daniel Bryan, Booker T, Ryback, Randy Orton, The Shield.

Most heat:
Fandango, Brad Maddox, Bo Dallas

Live Notes And Reactions From SmackDown

This week's SmackDown show was presented from the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, OH. Here are some of the live notes from the show.

- Many people was not aware of WWE touring overseas, which gave the live crowd a very limited number of talent to work with as seen on SmackDown. CM Punk was advertised to appear, but did not.

- The audience was a bit puzzled at the Alberto Del Rio/Damien Sandow exchange, seeing how both of them are heels. However, during the match, Sandow started to receive more cheers.

- Los Matadores and El Torito received a marginal pop. Especially when Torito did the seated senton on one of Los Locales. Many people near where I was sitting on the floor level were aware of Ricardo Rodriguez being one of them, but at the time, no one had a clue of who the second one was (later revealed to be Tyson Kidd).

- The crowd was behind Titus O'Neil. Especially seeing his story on the Susan G. Komen breast cancer video. His fraternity bark was very over with the live crowd.

- The Rhodes brothers received a significant ovation from the crowd throughout the match. They were heavily cheered when Cody rolled up Luke Harper for the win.

Dark Match
- The 20-man battle royal was incredibly fast. Unquestionably the fastest battle royal I've ever seen. It lasted all of 5-7 minutes, with the last four being Titus O'Neil and the Wyatt Family. When O'Neil was eliminated, Bray commanded Rowan and Harper to eliminate themselves.

This led to the World Heavyweight Championship match between Wyatt and Alberto Del Rio. The crowd was not into this match whatsoever. Similar to the disinterest that two heels are fighting each other as ADR and Sandow did during the show, but neither Wyatt nor ADR received hardly any reaction. Sandow coming out and teasing a cash-in after the Wyatt Family laid out ADR create a small reaction from the live crowd, but it quickly faded when they also laid out Sandow.

When Sandow got up, he walked up to the stage area and raised up his MITB briefcase to spark a reaction, in which he got an affirmative one. It appears as if WWE will be using more dark match main events to shape up Sandow's potential babyface run.

- Overall, decent show, barring the absence of most of the main event talent.

Hulk Hogan Says He Could Wrestle Again, Talks Recent Interaction With Triple H, TNA Status & More

The Associated Press published an article on Friday covering Hulk Hogan's current standing in the professional wrestling industry. The famed wrestler is a free agent after his contract with TNA Wrestling expired (on Oct. 10, according to the article) and there is a strong chance he could return to WWE.

Even at 60-years-old, Hogan considers wrestling again a possibility.

"Let me put it to you this way, brother," Hogan said. "With the right guy, the right situation, with a big enough event, big enough storyline, you're damn right I have one more left in me."

While "The Hulkster" was written out of TNA storylines due to the expiration of his contract, he is not ruling out a return to the promotion.

"We couldn't figure things out," Hogan said. "We're talking, but I'm wide open right now."

Hogan returning to the promotion could hinge on Triple H, who is leaving the door open for his return to WWE. The six-time WWE Champion says he was warmly received by Vince McMahon's son-in-law at a recent charity function.

"He just welcomed me with open arms. He said if ever I decide I get the itch to come back home," the door's open," Hogan said.

This follows Triple H recognizing Hogan's place in wrestling history during an interview in August promoting SummerSlam. The WWE executive stated to NBC Sports Radio, "Hulk Hogan will forever be the face of a generation of WWE Superstars. I don't know that there's a more recognizable guyâ€"there's Rock, there's Hogan, there's Cena, and there's these recognizable characters that become household names. And Hulk Hogan is one of the biggest of all-timeâ€"a true legend in our business. No matter what, he will always have that place in the WWE Universe. Always."

Hogan says he has "been going crazy the last couple of weeks trying to figure out the best thing to do" as he feels he "[owes] it to the fans at this point."

"That's where I'm having the toughest time in my head," said Hogan. "I owe it to those fans that have been loyal to me for 35 years for this Hulkamania thing to probably not end, it will probably go on forever after I'm dead and gone, but, what's the logical extension? What's the right direction right now?"

Elsewhere in the interview, Hogan admits to letting his ego get in the way of his post-WCW run(s) with WWE.

"Listen to the crowd. Don't you guys hear what I hear? Even though I passed the torch to The Rock, I kept feeling there was more gas in the tank," said Hogan. "Maybe I couldn't see what everybody else saw. Maybe I was going out there and embarrassing myself when I wrestled The Rock, I don't know. I just wanted something different for the character."

WWE Smackdown Recap With Video: Rhodes Family Vs. Wyatt Family, Sandow Vs. Del Rio, More

The show opens with a recap of the events that took place during the main event at WWE Battleground. Then, Big Show getting fired last week and then knocking out Triple H after the Daniel Bryan and Rhodes family vs. The Shield match is recapped.

Vickie Guerrero is then shown coming out to the ring. A recap of Alberto Del Rio sucking up to her last week is then shown, followed by her announcement of John Cena's return during the Del Rio vs. Ricardo Rodriguez match.

Back in the ring and Vickie has a mic. She says that last week, Triple H was struck by the Big Show and it was heinous. She calls Big Show a deviant and says he should have been fired a long time ago. She says that while the fans thought it was hilarious, Show's problems have only begun. She says Big Show's house went up for sale and that he is unemployed. Alberto Del Rio interrupts and comes down to the ring.

He says that Vickie needs to reconsider his match against John Cena at Hell in a Cell. She says it's what's best for business. Del Rio begs her and says it isn't fair. He asks if there is anything he can do to make her change her mind. She asks if he really thinks she is sexy. He says of course and speaks Spanish to her flirtatiously. She says if he wants her to reconsider he has to kiss her.

Del Rio kisses her on the cheek. She says on the lips and puckers up. He does it super quick and hesitantly. She says not to do it like a gringo, do it like a Mexican. Del Rio embraces her and kisses her more. She says lets try it like the French. She then tells Del Rio to kiss her somewhere else and points at her butt. She says she will not reconsider the main event. Damien Sandow comes out.

Sandow calls Del Rio a phony. He tells Vickie Del Rio sees her as a sex object. He asks Vickie if she knows what part he is more attracted to and says it's her superior intellect and the way she manipulates her way through life. He says Del Rio is begging because he knows he will lose against Cena. Sandow says Del Rio will beg Sandow not to cash in his MITB case. He says that Del Rio's conduct is not befitting of a champ and when given the opportunity, he will show Del Rio who the bigger man is.

Vickie makes a match between them to determine who the better man is. She leaves the ring and Del Rio cheap shots Sandow. They fight briefly and Sandow chases Del Rio out of the ring.

Curtis Axel is then shown walking backstage with Paul Heyman.

WWE Intercontinental Championship
Curtis Axel (c) vs. R-Truth

They lock up and Truth gets backed into the corner. Axel hits a chop. Truth fights out and hits a hip toss. Axel rolls outside for a breather. Truth follows and slams Axel's head onto the apron. He rolls Axel back inside. Truth hits a back elbow. Axel hits Truth out of the ring. Back from commercial and Axel has Truth's arm locked in. Axel hits a clothesline to the back of Truth's neck.

Axel rubs his knee across Truth's face. He lock's in Truth's head on the mat. Truth gets to his feet, but Axel hits a knee to the gut. Truth whips Axel into the corner. Axel hits a kick to the gut and drops Truth's head onto the center turnbuckle. They exchange strikes. Truth knocks Axel down with a headshot. Truth lands a big clothesline and a heel kick. Truth hits a dropkick for a near pin fall. Axel goes for a dropkick but Truth moves and plants Axel face first on the mat.

Maria Talks Heat With Bellas And Kelly Kelly, Nixed WWE Return Details, TNA's Problems, ROH, More

I recently spoke with ROH First Lady Maria Kanellis, which you can read in its entirety below. You can also follow Maria on Twitter @MariaLKanellis.

Wrestling INC: So we had interviewed you last year and since that interview I know that earlier this year you were talking to WWE about possibly returning. How did those talks come about?

Maria Kanellis: I sent them a bunch of my stuff that I have been doing over the last year and I don't know if that was in place or what they had in mind when they first initially called me up, or if it was just another idea completely, but they called me. They called me in January. We were excited. I loved working with Jane [Geddes] up there. I had a good rapport with WWE and then a month later I got a phone call saying they weren't moving forward with it and moving forward with my contract.

It was really strange to me because there was no conflict whatsoever that led up to it. So I thought that was rather weird and wasn't necessarily the normal way things go down in business. But then at Wrestlemania weekend I saw a lot of my close friends and I heard the whole story. I really, truly believe that karma will end up taking care of everyone and it's just sad that the Bella twins did that to me and to a couple other girls as well. [They] spread rumors about me. I don't exactly for sure what went down with the other two girls but it's sad. I pity them. I pity their insecurity and at the end of the day I'm so thankful for it because I'm so happy at Ring of Honor and everything that we're moving forward with that I'm just glad things went down the way that they did.

Wrestling INC: About your heat with the Bella twins, is it both Bella twins that you don't get along with?

Maria: I had never had a problem with Brie before this all happened. But from what I am told it was both of them saying that I was bad for business, that I wasn't wanted there. But the funny part about it is that I have a lot of friends still in that company and that's how I know what I know happened. No one has ever said that I'm bad for business. If anything I'm very, very good for business, have always been. I've been around for almost 10 years. I don't do drugs. I don't get in trouble. I do everything I'm supposed to do and I go beyond that. The fact is, is all you can do is look at yourself in the mirror and know if you're okay with that reflection coming back on you and I love my reflection coming back at me when it comes to my morals. I'm not worried about my life. I'm more concerned about them.

Wrestling INC: How did the heat with them get started? I mean, did you guys not get along when you were with the company?

Maria: No, it was very random. Me and Dolph Ziggler were very close friends. We have been for a long time before the twins ever arrived and one time I was dancing with Dolph at a party we were at. So we were all hanging out, having fun and dancing. I was dancing with him. I was dancing with the girls. I was dancing with the other people that were there. So all of a sudden when I'm dancing with Dolph I get a tap on the shoulder and it's Nikki Bella going, "what are you doing?" And I said, "uh, dancing with my friend?" And she's like, "oh, he's with me." I said, "okaaaay, sure."

I never heard that from anybody. I didn't know that I was doing something so wrong with dancing with friends. But, ever since then it's been very strange between us, but still, I would do good business. They could call me up and if I wasn't under contract with Ring of Honor and asked me to work with Nikki, I'm sure that I could have the greatest feud going back and forth with her. Why? Because I'm a business woman and that's what I do. It doesn't matter, my personal feelings. At the end of the day this is a job and I like to do very well at my job.
